Meg started BTW Training in 2024. As a NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and RRCA Running Coach, Meg has experience in a variety of group fitness settings from CKO Kickboxing to Orangetheory Fitness to F45 Training. She achieved a 38-minute personal best in her second marathon in April 2024 at 3:57:33 with hopes of some day qualifying for Boston. When asked what she loves about coaching, Meg said, "There aren't many jobs where you can kick someone's butt and they thank you for it."
While balancing a 9-5 and general life, Meg is always working on pushing herself further and finding the right mix of programming to get to the next level. She would love to help you do the same.
